We try to tune every vehicle to suit your needs and requests. We base how safe the tune is based on how safe you would like the tune to be, so if you are going on road trips and filling up in the middle of nowhere with questionable fuel , we can tune for that. If you are running fuel from a barrel and only running 1/8 mile, we can tune for that. If you like to see your top speed, we can tune for that. That being said, there are lots of variables that can come into play and we accept no responsibility or liability for any damage that happens to any part of your vehicle during or after our tuning process. Parts break stock all of the time, and tuning can add to that if you are adding power. This rarely happens, but it can.
If something does come up or you have any kind of mechanical issue, say a new engine set up and have a wiring problem or other mechanical issue, we will work with you and don’t generally charge more if we have to add in an extra session or two after you fix whatever is going on with the car.
Tuning purchases are good for 6 months after purchase. If you get into a bind and it takes longer, we will work with you.
Tuning purchases are non refundable once the tuning process has started. If you are unhappy with the service we will work with you until you are happy with how the vehicle drives. Some combinations are not going to perform that well and we will talk to you about those combinations beforehand to make sure we are on the same page. (Something such as a big cam, stock torque converter, 35 inch tires, stock gears not being exactly great to drive) Or, if you expect to cruise your big cam Z06 around at 1200 rpm, it’s not going to happen. Every performance mod can generally effect drivability.
That all being said, we love what we do and want to make sure you get the best running vehicle you can possibly get, and love to see our clients grow their set ups. We offer discounted rates for retunes later on if parts are changed.
